All Our Kin provides materials, mentorship and support to help home-based caregivers meet health and safety standards, fulfill state licensing requirements, and become part of a professional community of child care educators.
The Business Series and Coaching Program supports family child care educators as they build their capacity as business owners. This includes a free 10-week series on contracts and policies,
marketing, risk management, accounting and record keeping for taxes.

Licensed family child care educators receive one-on-one coaching in subjects ranging from mixed age groups and adult-child interactions, while our workshops cover key educational issues such as caring for children with special needs, child growth and development, race and ethnic identity development, and language and literacy.
