Educational Coaching

One-on-one coaching focused on child development, care and education, and family engagement.

As a part of All Our Kin’s Educational Coaching Program, participating family child care educators will receive up to two years of early childhood education mentoring and support from our early childhood educational coaches.

Our expert coaches bring a wealth of  teaching and mentoring experience to the table. With years of hands-on experience, they provide knowledgable, professional and well-informed assistance, rooted in the latest research within the field. Your designated coach will cover essential aspects of child development, care and education and family engagement – at absolutely no cost.

Requirements

You must have state licensure and be actively enrolling children to participate in educational coaching. Priority consideration is extended to educators who have a minimum of two children already enrolled in their care.

What to Expect
  • Up to two years of tailored support; 
  • 2-3 program visits per month;  
  • Monthly reflection groups with other family child care educators
