Are you a dedicated professional supporting family child care? Ready to take your coaching skills to the next level?

"Grounding Your Coaching in the 3Rs: Relational, Responsive, and Reflective Practice" is a comprehensive three-part virtual series that invites you to take a deep dive into yourself as you relate to others from a coaching perspective. In this online training, participants can expect to be guided through valuable self-reflections, group reflections and discussions as a way to foster meaningful and intentional connections to the work. Participants will also build their network of peers. 

Staff who work directly with family child care educators in coaching partnerships, whether they are new to the field of family child care (FCC) or experienced practitioners, are encouraged to sign up.

The virtual training will take place on June 3rd, 5th, and 7th, 2024 from 12 pm - 5 pm EDT.

Cost: $575 per participant
