Math and science are connected in many ways, especially for young children. We will explore simple, hands-on ways to combine skills like counting, measuring, sorting, and patterning with observation, questioning and discovery skills development. Participants will learn how to use common materials to create meaningful learning experiences and guide learning through play with children in mixed age groups.
