This 4-part technology series is designed for family child care educators who want to strengthen their digital skills for everyday professional work and communication. Together, we will practice using Gmail and Google Tools through real-life scenarios that are applicable to your work as educators and business owners.
Topics include:
- Gmail basics
- Sending and replying to emails
- Attachments and downloads
- Organizing files and folders
- Uploading and Saving documents
Who is this series for?
This series is designed for educators with little or limited technology experience. Sessions will move at a comfortable pace with hands-on support in two in-person sessions, guided practice, visuals and opportunities to ask questions. There will also be take home assignments between sessions.
Requirements:
Participants must be able to attend all 4 sessions. Laptop or tablet required.
Professional Development Hours: 6 hours for attending all 4 sessions.
