Circle of Security is a powerful and effective eight-week workshop series exploring the healing power of relationships and providing insight into what children’s behaviors are communicating.
Throughout the series you will learn about:
- Security and attachment
- Why security matters for children, and for the adults who care for them
- How the Circle of Security can serve as a roadmap for understanding and responding to the emotions and behaviors of children in your care
Who is this for?
Exclusively for licensed family child care educators, assistants and substitutes who own or work in programs in Greater New Haven area (Bethany, Branford, East Haven, Guilford, Hamden, Madison, New Haven, North Branford, North Haven, Orange, Wallingford, West Haven and Woodbridge)
Professional Development Hours: You will receive 16 hours of professional development hours for completion of this 8-week series.
