Q: How long have you worked with All Our Kin? What do you love about the organization? / ¿Cuánto tiempo ha trabajado usted con All Our Kin? ¿Qué le gusta de la organización?
A: 15 años. Me encanta su organización y la forma cómo nos ayudan a las proveedoras a tener más conocimientos

Q: Why did you decide to go into Early Childhood Education? / ¿Por qué decidió dedicarse a la Educación para la Primera Infancia?
A: Me gusta trabajar con los niños y me enorgullece saber que soy uno de sus pilares en sus estudios académicos
I love working with children, and knowing that I am one of the pillars of their academic studies makes me feel proud .
Q: What does Latinx Heritage Month mean to you? / ¿Qué significa el Mes de la Herencia Hispana (Latinx) para usted?
A: Significa una gran celebración de todos los países de habla Hispana donde aprendemos sobre las culturas, comidas favoritas de cada país, bailes típicos.
It means a big celebration of all Spanish-speaking countries where we learn about the cultures, favorite foods of each country, and traditional dances.
Q: Tell us a little about yourself! What do you enjoy doing in your spare time? Any hobbies? Passions? Anything that would surprise us? / ¡Cuéntenos un poco sobre usted! ¿Qué disfruta hacer en su tiempo libre? ¿Algún pasatiempo? ¿Pasiones? ¿Algo que nos sorprendería?
A: Soy originaria de El Salvador. Vine a este país en busca del sueño americano, pero con el tiempo me di cuenta que podía seguir estudiando ya que siempre a sido mi pasión en El Salvador estudie Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas. Pero por una maestra de Inglés me di cuenta que podía seguir estudiando y saqué mi CDA.
Gracias a Allourkin por apoyarme siempre acabo de terminar mi Bachellor Degree ya que siempre estuvieron apoyándome a salir adelante, soy proveedora desde el 2015. En lo personal siempre me gusta estudiar sobre los niños y cómo puedo ayudarles física y emocionalmente. En mis tiempos libres me gusta caminar, leer o ver películas.
I am from El Salvador. I came to this country in search of the American dream, but with the passage of time I realized that I could continue studying considering that it has always been my passion. I received a bachelor's degree in business administration in El Salvador, but an English teacher made me realize that I could continue studying and I pursued my CDA.
I am thankful to All Our Kin for always supporting me. I just finished my bachelor 's degree because they always motivated me to keep on going. I have been a provider since 2015. On a personal level, I love to learn about children and how I can help them thrive physically and mentally. In my free time, I love walking, reading and watching movies.
